Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with mergers and acquisitions.

  • Strong understanding of cashflow analysis and other finance terms and calculations.

  • Ability to set a sale price of an operation given the current state of cashflows.

  • Ability to to handle sensitive situations with confidence

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate a strategic purchase in front of a company board of directors.

  • Strong Excel modeling skills.
    Ability to produce forecasted proforma financial statements given various assumptions.
